On this first day of 2026, we join the whole Church in celebrating the beautiful Solemnity of Mary, the Mother of God. We place the new year in her loving care and ask our Blessed Mother to intercede for the Church and for each member of our parish family. Through her prayers, may we grow ever stronger in faith, hope, and love.

As we look back on the year that has passed, may God grant us the grace to surrender our past to Him with trust in His goodness and mercy. May He heal what needs healing, strengthen what is weak, and give us the grace both to forgive and to receive forgiveness where it is needed.

As we look ahead, may we confidently open our hearts, our homes, and our very lives to every grace God desires to pour out upon us in this new year.
