We want to caution you about scam text messages or emails falsely claiming to be from our pastor. Several parishioners have recently received text messages claiming to be from our pastor.
If you receive any message claiming to be from Fr. John or Fr. Darius, please remember:
- Check the sender’s phone number or email carefully.
- Do not reply or click links until you verify the message.
- Never respond without first verifying the message is legitimate.
- Our priests will never ask for favors, gift cards, or assistance by text or email, and they do not share personal cell phone numbers.
- If you are unsure, do not respond—contact the parish office directly to confirm.
